We welcome our Mansion House Club Members to use the facilities for their own parties.
To request the use of the Pavilion at MHC, please visit the MHC Calendar to make sure your date is available prior to filling in the request form. All currently confirmed reserved dates may be found on the MHC Calendar located on the Events/Calendar page of the Website.
Please fill in our Pavilion Request form to secure your spot on the calendar.
Please note that planning ahead is important**:
All Guest List Forms must be emailed to Secretary, and ALL Payments for Non-Member Guest fees* with no guest passes must be made in FULL by cutoff date which is seven (7) working days prior to the Party date requested.

Once your date and party have been approved, you will be Invoiced for the $80 facilities fee, (includes $5 processing fee for all payments regardless of how you pay). Once fees have been paid, your Private Party will appear on the calendar and you will be sent the Blank excel Template to add all attending, this includes the hosts of the party and any family members who already belong to the Club. Please note the $80 fee is only for facilities. You will receive a separate invoice for any Non-Members you list that might be attending without Guest passes*.

*The age requirement for guest passes is five (5) years old and older. Age Four (4) years and younger does not require a guest pass. They are the responsibility of the Member. Parties can not be booked for more than four hour blocks.
**No more than a number of 50 guests can be booked into the Pavilion at one time for any private party.
