  1.  Register and pay online- Click on the registration button to Register and Pay! (this is the preferred registration method). Please remember to be logged in with your MHC email and password.

  
  Don't want to "Dive in" just yet... try Dive for the first week, then let the Dive Rep know if you want to join. If you would like to do this, simply register online and choose 'Invoice me' upon checkout. If you decide to join the Team (which we know you will), simply log into your MHC account and pay the open invoice by RSVP cut off date above!  See the entire Dive Schedule HERE. 

  NVSL and Photo Consent forms when registering online are provided via waiver boxes that need to be checked during online registration.

  General Information:

  All reservations are to be made online via our online registration system. This helps to make our events much easier to manage and for you the member to be kept informed of any updates/changes that may occur.

  To view and read the NVSL Waiver prior to registration, the form can be here and the Photo Consent form may be found here. Both forms are available and must be signed online as part of the registration process. 
  
  What if I have to cancel my reservation?
  IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW!
  100% of your registration fee is refundable if you cancel prior to the RSVP date listed above. AFTER the RSVP date has past, money cannot be refunded. Please email the MHC WebAdmin immediately upon finding out that you have to cancel your reservation. Thank you.

  Sign-up to help OR donate instead!

  As a member-driven organization, we rely on member-volunteers to help with certain tasks and projects so that we can keep our expenses down and dues low. The Board pays for the materials and all we ask for in return are many helping hands. With a good volunteer turnout, the workload is very manageable—and FUN!

  We are not looking for a full-day commitment–just an hour or two or more if your schedule allows! And for those of you whose children need service hours, we are happy to sign off on the tasks completed by your child.

  
  

  The annual MCH CARES DAY 

  Opening Volunteer Day are scheduled for:

   17 May 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

  This is an opportunity for all shareholders to volunteer their time by helping to prepare the the property, clubhouse, and pool area for a successful opening!  
  
  HEY KIDS - NEED SERVICE HOURS FOR SCHOOL? MHC is a 501c (3) non-profit organization. We are an excellent organization for anyone looking to complete their community service hours. Please be sure to bring the sheet or print out a sheet that has your name and the schools/organizations information on it, and the community service hours you are needing to fill. This way our President (Walt) will know who he will be receiving calls from, and can correctly verify the work hours put in by each student/member or guest. Helping to clean up and get to know your pool helps to build a greater sense of pride in the community you belong to. 

  There are a variety of tasks that need to be completed, and while some supplies will be on hand, shareholders are welcome to bring their own. Please let us know if you can make it by registering for this event (log in using your email and password), this will help us know how many Shareholders are going to be helping out. 

  Opening Volunteer Day Tasks

  ·      Weed flower beds around club house
  ·      Weed rocks alongside of pool
  ·      Ensure Guard shack is cleaned out 
  ·      Wash out garbage cans / keg holders in back of guard shack
  ·      Wash out items under pavilion 
  ·      Throw away garbage and unusable items / trash 
  ·      Throw away dead bamboo
  ·      Clean up parking lot
  ·      Wash windows
  ·      Clean and organize kitchen
  ·      Wipe down shelves and countertop
  ·      Clean refrigerator
  ·      Clean oven
  ·      Clean microwave
  ·      Take down coolers and wash them out
  ·      Make sure basketball hoop is filled and in position
  ·      Clean furniture
  ·      Clean bathrooms
  ·      Clean couches  
  ·      Front desk 
  ·      Bulletin board 
  ·      Paint white inside clubhouse
  ·      Windows in bathroom
  ·      Clean tennis court area
  ·      Clean grills
  ·      Back deck
  ·      Mop floors

  If you would like more information about how you can volunteer, please do not hesitate to reach out! Volunteers that come out to help will receive extra guest passes for the season, but you can only receive them if you show-up and help.
