 Full Mansion House Club membership shares are available on a first come first serve basis. For a one-time fee of $1055 ($1000* for the Certificate of Share plus $55 processing and convenience fees). In addition to the $1055, there are annual dues in the amount of $800 due each year by March 15th. The first year total is $1,855, and subsequent years annual dues are $800 due March 15th each year. Membership provides owning a Certificate of share in the club and voting rights at the annual meeting. You are also able to serve on the Mansion House Club Board.   

*Each full Membership is required to purchase a certificate of share for at the current voted on Share amount. When a shareholder decides to stop being a member they will be refunded their share  (less an administrative fee) once their certificate of share has been sold .  Please visit the following page for all the details on 'Selling and or transferring' a share. 
If the Member decides to sell their share in a private sale on their own, the buyer is responsible for the $55 online transfer fee involved in the sale of the certificate of share. Information on selling shares is provided in the Club’s Amended Bylaws as well as here on our website.

ALL PROCESSING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
The current initiation fee for MHC is $55 which includes a $5 convenience fee.

Dues rates (to include Lease/rent rates) as are subject to change if the voting shareholders vote an increase at the Annual Meeting which is held in January each year.
